Also z.B. keine GIFF Events in Kirchgemeindesäälen oder Schulaulas, keine Events in geschlossenen Waldhütten, etc.

Weitere Informationen des BAG: Aktuelle Massnahmen Image Removed Dear Cachers As of 13 September 2021 the federal council decided that covid-certificates are required to visit restaurants and cinemas but in these venues no longer have upper limits to the number of participants. For private meetings among friends the limits of 30 people (indoors) and 50 people (outdoors) still apply. Data from 2019 shows that most events have more than 30 participants, but usually stay below the limit of 50. In addition to the official requirements, there are some rules set by the HQ in Seattle. On one hand, event owners may not limit the number of participants due to covid reasons. On the other hand, owners may not limit participation to people with a covid certificate. Within these rules, we have decided to proceed as follows: We are publishing: - Events in restaurants and cinemas (Check of Covid-certificate and responsibility for Measures lies with operator of the venue)
- Outdoor events, where the owner is responsible for complying with the Measures (including the upper limit of 50 people)
We are still *not* publishing the following events: - Inddor events (except for restaurants and cinemas, see above)
- Meaning that there will be no GIFF events in parish or school halls, no events in closed forest huts, etc
We are convinced that we are taking into account the current situation and still allow the community to congregate again both inside and outside. Please also note that the following still applies: The guidelines Guidelines clearly state that event owners are responsible to ensure that local restrictions are abided by. The reviewers cannot be responsible for the conformance with the currently valid restrictions. This responsibility lies fully with you as the event owner. It is your responsibility to make sure that official restrictions (such as distances, maximum number of participants, etc) are met and if this is no longer possible to cancel and archive the event.for outdoor events you need to register the full names, addresses and phone numbers of all participants, in order to support the authorities, should an infection chain need to be identified. You need to keep this information for 14 days, after this time you need to destroy this list. You must not use this information for any other purpose. A list of Will Attends is not sufficient. You need to mention the gathering of this information in your event listing.for outdoor events it is not allowed to restrict the participation of an event to vaccinated/recovered/tested people or those with a covid-certificate. It is also not allowed to limit the number of participants. It is your job to create the event in a way to ensure that there are never more than 50 people present at any time while still allowing anyone to attend.a protection concept is no longer required for private gatherings17. Weitere Informationen des BAG: Aktuelle Massnahmen Image Added Dear Cachers As of 17 February 2022 the federal council decided that all restrictions with regard to private meetings, public events and restaurant visits will be lifted. This means that - after almost exactly 2 years - we are able to publish all types of events again without any restrictions. Event owners no longer need to add Covid specific wording to their listings and may not impose their own restrictions. We would like to thank all even hosts for the additional effort they put into their events during the last months to make it possible to hold covid conforming events. A detailed explanation and further updates to the event situation (should it change again) can always be found on the Regional Wiki for Switzerland and on social media as well as the Swiss Geocaching Forum.
